PURPOSE:To improve deviation from the spatial intensity distribution of laser light by reversing the intensity distribution of laser on both sides at least one time until the laser light on the upper stream side is projected on a laser material on the most downstream side. CONSTITUTION:Before laser light falls on a solid rod 2b on the downstream side, the laser light is arranged to pass through a passive optical system which comprises to whole reflection mirrors 4, 14 on a symmetrical slant. The whole reflecting mirrors 4, 14 arranged on the symmetrical slant further reverse an image before it falls on a solid rod 2b, return the image to the original state and let the image fall on the solid rod 2b. Therefore, the laser light intensity distribution at the point D turns into a smooth laser light distribution since its stronger section is canceled with its weaker section. |
