AUTOMATIC MESSAGE PREPARATION TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To prepare a message newly automatically and to send the message automatically to other user by providing a change detection section, a change message extraction section, a message generating rule section and a message preparing section. CONSTITUTION:A change detection section 11 monitors the state of a message storage section 2 normally to detect the change in the state and a change message extraction section 12 extracts a message arrived newly from the message storage section 2 based on the content in the change detected by the change detection section 11. A message preparing section 14 retrieves the message preparation rule section 13 based on the content in the change detected by the change detection section 11 and the message extracted by the change message extraction section 12, decides the preparing method of the new message and prepares the new message to be sent. Thus, the automatic preparation and transmission for the message on the opportunity of a change in the message storage section is attained.
