PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in resistance to impact, heat and chemicals, molding processability and surface appearance by incorporating a composition comprising a specific graft copolymer and polyamide resin with an aqueous solution of metal hydroxide at a specified proportion. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating a composition comprising (A) 1-99wt.% of a graft copolymer prepared by graft polymerization to A1: 5-80 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer (e.g. polybutadiene) of A2: 95-20 pts.wt. of a monomer mixture of (1) 10-90wt.% of an aromatic vinyl monomer, (2) 90-10wt.% of vinyl cyanide and/or a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester and (3) 0-40wt.% of another vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith and (B) 99-1wt.% of a polyamide resin with (C) an aqueous solution of a metal oxide 1-45wt.% in concentration (e.g. lithium hydroxide) at such a proportion as to satisfy the relationships I and II. It is preferable that the metal in the component C be a group I or II metal falling between the second and sixth period in the providic table. |
