PURPOSE: To prevent the high frequency noise from being generated in a gas flow by forming a discharge valve seat of an outlet valve provided on one end wall of a compressor assembly cylinder in a storage recessed part capable of storing a valve element. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder block 4 to which a rotary rolling piston 5 is fitted is stored in a casting 1 having a suction splicer 2 and a discharge splicer 3, and the rotary rolling piston 5 is mounted on a crankshaft 6 to be driven by an electric motor comprising a stator 7 and a rotor 8. Plates 10a, 21 are arranged on both sides of the cylinder block 4, and a discharge attenuation chamber 13 is mounted on the plate 21 provided with a discharge port 22. An outlet end part of the discharge port 22 is formed to limit a range of an annular valve seat 23 in an oblong recessed part 24 of the size capable of storing a blade type valve element 30, and the recessed part 24 is formed to have an area of a bottom wall 25 to surround the valve seat 23.
