PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for operation of an operator and to enhance manpower saving and operating efficiency by wholly performing both conveyance of an unvulcanized tube to a vulcanizing oven and transfer thereto from a preliminarily molding means by the interlinkage operation of the respective means. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized tube M is fitted to the outside of a preliminarily molding means 35 and air is packed thereinto. This tube M is preliminarily molded in the preliminarily molding position. The means 35 and the tube M are carried just under the lower mold 26 of a vulcanizing pan. Centering positioning of the means 35 and the lower mold 26 is performed by a center positioning means 45. The tube M and the lower mold 26 are accurately positioned. While controlling the valve V of the tube M by a transfer means 70, the tube M is detached from the means 35 and transferred to the lower mold 26. A steam pipe 85 for vulcanization is easily and surely connected with the valve V of the tube M by a connecting means 86. Conveyance and transfer of the tube M are wholly performed by the interlinkage operation of the respective means. Thereby the need for operation of an operator is eliminated and operating efficiency can be enhanced. |
