<p>PURPOSE:To inhibit invasion of various germs through gap between opened edge part and cover of culturing tank and perform tissue culture or raising by discharging air sent into culturing tank to outside through air-permeable part material lying between opened part of the culturing tank and the cover. CONSTITUTION:Cultured body 5 is received in a culturing tank 3 together with medium selected corresponding to kind of the cultured body 5. Then an opened part 2 of the tank 3 is closed with a cover 6 and fresh gas such as air is introduced into the tank 3 from a vent hole 9. Thus, said gas is discharged to outside through the abovementioned part material 8 and the cultured body 5 is cultured in a constant condition. Besides, although gas introduced from vent hole 9 is generally air, other kind of gas such as oxygen-containing gas having suitably selected oxygen concentration or air having different CO2 concentration may be also used according to kind of cultured body 5.</p> |
