The invention concerns a suspension device preferably between a mobile working machine, like a boom end of a forest tractor and a working device, like a gripping claw. The suspension device includes a first frame part 1, a second frame part 2 and an intermediate frame 3 situated between them. A crossbar design is produced by using two pivot arms 4, 5. At least one of the pivot arms has a brake device 6 to brake the mutual motion of the parts connected in the pivot arm, especially during working operations. The brake device 6 of the design consists of a spring device 14 acting in pivot arm 4 in its axial direction and a tension device acting in it in the axial direction of the pivot arm. <IMAGE>
