PURPOSE:To efficiently heat or cool a whole housing space by communicating the rear of a room with a space under a floor via a space in a wall, laminating a concrete layer on a ground space heat insulating layer of the space under the floor, burying a heat medium pipe, and circulating heated or cooled heat medium thereto. CONSTITUTION:A space 1 in the rear of a room communicates with a space 3 under a floor via a space 7 in a wall, a ground space 8 is composed of a ground space heat insulating layer 9, a concrete layer 10, and a heat medium pipe 13, heat medium heated or cooled by a temperature regulator 15 is circulated to the pipe 13 to heat or cool the air in the space 13. Since the air of the space 3 heated in winter heats a residence space 2 from a floor 18, rises toward the space 1, and heats the space 2 via an inner wall 19, the space 2 is heated uniformly. It is cooled via the space 3 in summer. Thus, it can be efficiently cooled or heated to cool or heat the whole housing space, thereby providing a healthy environment to prevent it from dew-condensing. |
