Safety tube is for connecting a water conducting household machine eg. a washing machine, by means of a pressure tube covered by an envelope tube and a connection fitting. The fitting contains a valve inside a housing. The valve has inflow- and outflow-nipples, the pressure tube mounted on the outflow nipple and connecting sleeve of the envelope tube. The outer jackets of the inflow nipple and the connection sleeve have annular raised points and/or notches, which engage in corresponding annular notches and/or raised points in the housing surrounding the connection fitting. ADVANTAGE - Keeps traction and pressure forces away from the tube connections.
