<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the wrong use by electrically isolating a time-dependent element from other circuits and controlling, for example, a data input line to invalidate the function of a discrimination element for a certain time after input of a wrong code. CONSTITUTION: A comparator 5 compares the actual discrimination code sent from, for example, a keyboard with a nominal discrimination code stored in the discrimination element and generates an error signal in the case of non- coincidence of its character string. A control element 4 is connected to a charging element 3 and generates an output signal at the time when a capacitor is charged. Connection to the discrimination element is affected for a certain time by this signal. For example, the data input line of the discrimination element is controlled by the output signal from the control element 4 as the influence, and as a result, it means that the function of the discrimination element is invalidated for the certain time. Thus, the wrong use is prevented.</p> |
