<p>NEW MATERIAL:A protein which has an amino acid sequence of the formula or another amino acid sequence in which one or more amino acid residues in the above sequence are substituted with other amino acid residues and/or one or more amino acids defect from the sequence and/or one or more amino acids are added to the sequence and has the activity of human B cell stimulation factor 2 receptor, namely specifically binding with human B cell stimulation factor 2. USE:Therapeutic agent or diagnostic agent for immune diseases. PREPARATION:For example, a microorganism or culture cells are transformed with a manifestation vector containing the DNA sequence coding B cell stimulation factor 2 receptor which has the amino acid sequence given in the formula and cultured to produce the protein of DNA manifestation and the protein is collected.</p> |
