PURPOSE:To concentrate propagated electromagnetic fields in a dielectric so as to reduce external effect and to form a circuit pattern in high density by laminating two kinds of dielectrics which are different in relative permittivity, and providing a grounding electrode at the outside surface of a dielectric whose relative permittivity is lower, and providing a strip conductor between the layers of the two kinds of dielectrics. CONSTITUTION:As a ceramics dielectric layer 3, MgTiO3 (that is, its epsilon1 16) is used, and as a ceramic dielectric layer 4, BaTi4O9 (that is, its epsilon1 40) is used, and those dielectric pastes are laminated each by a printing method. Moreover, as a strip conductor 1, silver paste is printed and formed on the surface of the dielect layer 3, and further the dielectric layer 4 is laminated thereon, whereby a dielectric laminate structure is formed. By firing this structure, a dielectric substrate with a built-in strip conductor 1 can be obtained. A grounding conductor 2 is formed by a sputtering method, using a noble metal such as Ta, Pd, Au, etc., at the surface on the side of the dielectric layer 3 of the fired dielectric substrate. |
