PURPOSE:To make operator's sense of handling in proportion to the engine revolving speed by furnishing a means to control the difference between the discharge pressure of a variable capacity pump and the load pressure in inverted proportion to the engine revolving speed. CONSTITUTION:A proportional solenoid 10 is furnished on a load sensing valve 5. A voltage is applied to this proportional solenoid 10 from a controller 11. This controller 11 gives a voltage to the fuel injection pump 12 of an engine 9. The load sensing valve 5 controls the rate of discharge stream of a variable capacity pump 1 so that the difference between the discharge pressure P1 and the load pressure PLS + proportional solenoid 10 propulsive force will become constant. This ensures that the operator's sense of handling becomes proportional to the engine revolving speed.
