PURPOSE:To improve the temperature characteristic, the variance, and the setting operability of inclination by integrating resistances which determine the inclination of a membership function and varying their resistance values by a binary signal given from the external. CONSTITUTION:In a membership function circuit provided with two differential circuits 11 and 12 including transistors TRs Q11, Q12, Q21, and Q22 and resistance circuits Ra and Rb connected between them and circuits Q13 and Q23 for MIN operation, resistance circuits Ra and Rb consist of plural resistances Ra1 to Ram and Rb1 to Rbn and analog switches SWa1 to SWam and SWb1 to SWbn which selectively connect one or several resistances of these resistances, and these circuits are integrated. Turning-on/off of analog switches SWa1 to SWam and SWb1 to SWbn is controlled by the external signal to select resistances Ra1 to Ram and Rb1 to Rbn constituting resistance circuits and resistance values of resistance circuits are changed, and therefore, the inclination of the set LAMBDAtype or pi type membership function is changed. |
