<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to laminate the first and the second sheet base materials together with high accuracy by printing the first sheet base material while carrying is stopped based on a signal from a matching mark detecting device. CONSTITUTION:A driving motor for a winding roller 4 is turned on and actuated and the first sheet base material 1 is carried. The second sheet base material 2 is delivered from a delivery roller 70 and is adhered with the first sheet base material 1. When a matching mark of the second sheet base material 2 passes through an optical sensor 9, carrying of the first sheet base material 1 is stopped by distinguishing a signal from the optical sensor 9. A timer set at T0 is turned on based on the signal of the optical sensor 9 and a punching apparatus 5, a printing apparatus 6 and a notching apparatus 8 are each turned on. While carrying of the first sheet base material 1 is stopped, a guide hole is perforated on both end parts of a mount of the base material 1. A printed image is formed on the face of the base material and notches are formed at specified positions of the base material main bodies of the second and first sheet base materials 2 and 1 of a laminated sheet. When a controlling device distinguishes a signal exhibiting a lapse of time T0 from the timer, the first sheet base material is carried.</p> |
