A mixt. of liquids, e.g. an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink such as lemonade, is produced from a series of components, e.g. basic drink materials, sugar syrup, an acid soln., essences and water, which are brought together in accurately metered quantities, intimately mixed and passed on to further processing, e.g. filling into bottles or other types of package, by bringing successive limited quantities of liquid to form the batch to at least two mixing stations, from one of which the finished liquid mixture is withdrawn while a fresh batch is prepared in the other. |
