摘要

A numerical insulation tester (10) consists of a digital signal processor P1 intended for the real-time tabular synthesis of a sinusoid. The numerical values of the sinusoid are sent to a digital- analogue convertor CNA of an injection circuit (48) in order to generate a low frequency AC reference signal with a very low and stable level of phase distortion. A data acquisition circuit (50) is provided with a switch (52) cooperating with a double measuring circuit (38, 44) to send an injected voltage signal and a leakage current signal into an analogue low-pass filter (56) connected in series with a sample-and-hold circuit (58) and an analogue-digital convertor CAN. The processor P1 then carries out synchronous demodulation and sends the data to a microcontroller P2.
