PURPOSE: To keep sealing force at a specific strength at all times, by causing jaw parts of a grip part to receive and fix a pair of projections between receiving surfaces confronting each other when slider elements are displaced from a releasing position into a locking position. CONSTITUTION: When slider elements are displaced from a releasing position into a locking position, jaw parts of a grip part receive and fix a pair of projections between receiving surfaces confronting each other. For example, there is a displaceably guided slider element 21, and a plurality of locking elements 22 are formed at edge parts in the longitudinal direction thereof. That is, a web 23 extends at a certain angle with respect to the slider element 21, and two jaw parts 24, 25 are formed into a shape of grip at an end part thereof, where inner surfaces of the two rim parts or jaw parts are inclined in a direction normal to the slider element 21 and the two inner surfaces form an acute angleα. The jaw parts are pressed against by each other owing to their wedge formation and thus sealing force is provided.
