<p>PURPOSE:To easily find out forgotten operation, maloperation and the fault of an apparatus, etc., by providing a state supervisory device which supervises operation data about a series of the operation, and on the other hand, decides whether a target function was achieved or not. CONSTITUTION:A data collecting device 1 collects the operation data and the process data of a plant, and a series of the operation at the time of operating the plant is stored in a data base 2 as being collected in a lump by a function unit, and simultaneously, a deciding condition for deciding the achievement of the target function is provided in the same. The state supervisory device 3 inputs the operation data and the process data from the data collecting device 1, and reads in a series of the operation and the deciding condition related to the operation data from the data base 2, and supervises the operation data about a series of the operation, and on he other hand, decides whether the target function was achieved or not according to the deciding condition. A display device 4 displays a supervisory state in the state supervisory device 3. Thus, the forgotten operation, the maloperation and the abnormality of the apparatus, etc., can be easily found out.</p> |
