<p>PURPOSE:To surely separate a horizontal synchronizing signal from a digital video signal by obtaining a first synchronizing signal when digital data determined as a synchronizing signal is continued, and eliminating a 1/2 horizontal period component therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A digital video signal 22 is inputted to a synchronizing data comparing circuit 23. The synchronizing data comparing circuit 23 compares plural data, outputs a first synchronizing signal 24 when some intrinsic data determined as a synchronizing signal is continued, and this first synchronizing signal 24 is supplied to a 1/2 horizontal period component eliminating circuit 25. The 1/2 horizontal period component eliminating circuit 25 eliminates a 1/2 horizontal period component which appears by an equivalent pulse, and outputs only a horizontal synchronizing signal 26 to an output terminal 27. In such a way, the horizontal synchronizing signal 26 can be separated surely from the digital video signal 22.</p> |
