The invention concerns an arrangement for transferring position and direction of a dental implant or its extension piece, the spacer element, to a so-called impression. The arrangement comprises a base part 1 which is designed to be connected with a good fit to the implant or the spacer element, and an upper part 4 provided with break points 5 so that it can be easily shortened.
