<p>7-{(Z)-2-(2-Aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-[(substituted)oxyimino]acetamido}-3-[ 3-(quaternary ammonio)-1-propen-1-yl]-3-cephem-4-carboxylates and salts, esters and solvates thereof, having potent antibacterial activity, are provided. Processes for their preparation and intermediates in their preparation also are disclosed.</p> |
