PURPOSE:To remove simply burrs attached to spikes by setting the spikes supported on a holding plate and antiskid member having a seat plate mounted on the holding plate to the heel of bottom of a mold 2 for molding a heel core while embedding the seat plate in the heel core. CONSTITUTION:Spikes 12 are located on a heel of bottom of a mold 2 to set an antiskid member 1. Vinyl chloride plastisol (a) is introduced into the mold 2 and heated, so that a gelled layer is deposited on the inner wall of the mold 2 and the upper surface of a holding plate 11 of an antiskid member 1 to form a shell 31. Next, the mold 2 is turned upside down to exhaust ungelled vinyl chloride plastisol (a) and the mold 2 is erected to introduce vinyl chloride plastisol (b) into the heel in the mold 2 up to the height at which a seat plate 14 of the antiskid member 1 is completely immersed to mold a heel core 32 by heat gelling while the seat plate 14 is embedded in the heel core. Burrs 312 deposited and formed integrally with the shell 31 can be stripped and removed by half rotating the spikes 12 and tearing off them from the shell 31. |
