<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate a locking tool, save the labor of the assembling time, and eliminate the use of a special mounting bracket by mounting a regulator on the stator of an alternator assembly for an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: A stator 1 has four lands 9, projecting from the external surface and is fixed to a fixing position on an engine by a screw 10 through the leads 9. On the other hand, a regulator 11 composed of electronic element parts 12 to 15, and 22 is disposed in the length direction to each other, so as to be engaged with or carried with an external surface 4 of a motor 1 and fixed there. In order to fixedly fit each part of the regulator 11 to the stator 1, one end of a regulator circuit is fitted to a terminal 17 provided in one of the lands of the stator 1 by a thread fastener 18. The other end comprises the tab of the SCR of the regulator circuit which is similarly provided in a separate land 9 by a fastener screw 20. Thus, the regulator is fitted to the stator.</p> |
