The folder will take sheets of paper up to a given format. It consists of a basic member (10), e.g. of cardboard or another flat material, which is slightly larger than the paper format, a cover (14) bordering it via a fold and a pocket connected to the basic member. This pocket is formed by pocket flaps (16) bordering the narrow sides of the basic member (10) via folds and also by a side member (18) bordering a long side of the basic member (10) with a locking flap (22) bordering the free end via another fold. In making the pocket, the locking flap (22) is inserted between the basic member (10) and the folded pocket flaps (16). A fileable folder is obtained if there are closing lugs (38) on the locking flap (22) which may be inserted through slots (40) in the fold between the basic member (10) and the side piece (18). |
