Electric mixing machine (10) for all types of preparation, such as mixing, stirring, kneading dough, etc., possibly with accessories which can be mounted on the basic body of the electric mixing machine, and with an associated weighing system and a microprocessor which displays at least the results of the weighing. To determine the weight of the ingredients to be prepared or processed, a frictionless, contactless leaf spring decoupling (38a; 39b) for decoupling an external stationary housing (30), without friction or contact, from a decoupling support or frame (38) is provided. All other components of the electric mixing machine are supported by the decoupling support and changes in weight in these can be determined with high accuracy by means of weight sensors (40a; 40b), preferably in the form of strain gauges, arranged on the leaf springs. |
