The cutter uses leading circular blades, working against groove fitted counter blades and to cut two offset sides. A top belt feeds and clamps the printed prod. as required while a feeder and a height-adjustable off taker, and a transition surface integrates the counter blades round part of a cylinder under the top belt action. The top belt (5) consists of mutually offset tangential sections (5.1,5.2) and has a gap (6) between the two circular blades (2.1,2.2). To each circular blade is allocated its conveyor section.
