PURPOSE:To enhance bonding properties and electromagnetic shielding properties of a knit base and base plastic by feeding a fluid molding material into a mold in which a conductive component is disposed and molding an electromagnetic wave shielding molded product. CONSTITUTION:A conductive component 10 consisting of a knit base 11 having conductivity and film-like resins 12 and 13 having openings 12a and 13a for supporting the knit base 11 are disposed in a molding die 20, and a fluid molding material 30 is fed into a die 20 in which the conductive component 10 is disposed to form an electromagnetic shielding molded product 1. That is, when the molding material 30 is fed into the molding die 20, the molding material 30 passes through the openings 12a and 13a of film-like resins 12 and 13 by means of its fluidity, and further pass through a mesh of the knit base 11. At that time, as the knit base 11 is supported by the film-like resins 12 and 13, the knit base 11 is stabilized in the disposed position even if the molding material 30 is fluidized at the time of feeding not to generate any uneven distribution or breaking. Thus, the uneven distribution or breaking of the knit base 11 is eliminated to obtain superior electromagnetic shielding effect, enhance bonding properties of the molding material 30 with the knit base 11 and manufacture a molded product with its knit base 11 hard to peel off. |
