POLYMER COMPOSITE AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enhance bonding capacity, anticorrosion properties and abrasion- resistant properties by allowing at least a part of the electrolytic polymerization polymer compound of the second layer to be present in the first layer. CONSTITUTION:The first layer composed of a polymer compound and the second layer consisting of an electrolytic polymerization polymer compound and an anionic polymer compound having a property becoming insoluble in an electrolytic solvent by electrolytic treatment are laminated to constitute a composite. At least a part of the electrolytic polymerization polymer compound of the second layer is allowed to be present in the first layer. As the polymer compound of the first layer, any org. or inorg. polymer compound may be used. The electrolytic polymerization polymer compound is a polymer compound obtained by electrolytic polymerization and one having a heterocyclic 5-membered ring or one having a benzene ring is designated and one or more kind of them is used. By this method, a composite of the polymer compounds excellent in bonding capacity, anticorrosion properties and abrasion-resistance and holding these properties in the use under severe environment is obtained.
