The back exerciser consists of a pivoting top handle (11) and a leg rest (12) connected by a length adjustable telescopic bar (10). The lower part (14) of the connecting bar is hinged (15) and lockable when folded. In its straight position the leg rest is placed against the upper thigh while pulling down on the handles. In its folded position the exerciser is used in a supine position, the leg rest being placed behind the knees. USE/ADVANTAGE - Back exerciser offering wider choice of exercises.
