PURPOSE:To form inexpensively and easily by using a surface sheet, a mixture of granular material for forming the surface pattern and surface pattern forming resin mixed preliminarily and a sheet for impregnation. CONSTITUTION:A pattern sheet 6 is constituted of a sheet 10 for impregnation formed with a surface sheet 7 of unsaturated polyester resin or the like, natural stones and a surface pattern forming granular material 8 such as colored aluminum, surface pattern section forming resin 9 and a non-woven cloth of polyester resin or the like. Then, a mixture of surface pattern section forming resin 9 composed of the surface pattern forming granular material 8, a pigment and the like mixed preliminarily is applied on the surface of the surface sheet 7, and the sheet 10 for impregnation is overlapped on said mixture to complete manufacturing. A number of forming processes and forming cost of a pattern sheet are reduced by said arrangement, and color and design of the pattern sheet can be changed freely. |
