摘要 The solution concerns the method of production of a copper alloy, alloyed by chrome, by the electro-slag melting of the copper in the slag containing fluorspar and additives of 0.1 to 40 percent of calcium oxide, 0.1 to 40 percent of aluminium oxide, 0.1 to 30 percent of silicon (IV) oxide, 0.1 to 10 percent of magnesium oxide, 0.1 to 40 percent of sodium fluoride individually or in the mutual combination, with the subsequent de-oxidation of the melted copper. According to the invention, the melted copper de-oxides, by the addition of 0.005 to 0.5 percent by weight of zirconium, barium, aluminium or titanium individually or in a combination, whereupon chromium (IV) oxide in the amount of 0.1 to 20 percent by weight is added to the slag bath with another dose of the de-oxidizing agents e.g. with the granulated aluminium powder in the stoichiometric ratio to the oxygen content in chromium (IV) oxides.
