PURPOSE:To make it possible to attach or detach an outside appliance to or from an axis end and increase the dust-proof property of a speed detector, by providing an enclosing cover for covering an end of a rotating part at the stationary part in a freely attachable or detachable way. CONSTITUTION:The stationary part 52 of a speed detector 50 is fixed to the bracket 2 of a rotary electric machine 1, the rotating part 53 is fitted to the revolving axis 4 piercing the bracket 2 through the medium of a sleeve 55 for size adjustment, and to an end 4a of the revolving axis 4 an outside appliance is fitted in a freely attachable and detachable way. Especially, an enclosing cover 11 with one end closed is fitted to the cover 56 with screws 12 in a freely attachable and detachable way, surrounds the axis end 4a, and covers the stationary part 52 of the speed detector 50 and the end of the rotating part 53. This prevents dust from entering the inside of the speed detector 50 perfectly by fitting the enclosing cover 11, and makes it possible to fit an outside appliance such as a handle, etc., by detaching the enclosing cover 11 easily. |
