PURPOSE:To improve the focusing accuracy and exposure adjustment accuracy and to make a camera main body compact by executing the photometry for the focus detection and automatic exposure adjustment of automatic focusing with a photographic lens system and composing finder systems of external light systems. CONSTITUTION:The finder systems 27 - 29 are arranged so that optical axes different from the optical axes of photographic lens systems 25 and 26 are provided and the photometric means 30 and 31 of the focus detecting means 22 and automatic exposure adjusting means of the automatic focusing means are arranged in the photographic lens systems. For the automatic focusing and automatic exposure, a range finding means 22 and photometric means 30 and 31 operate with the light from an object passing through the photographic lens system. Namely, so-called TTL system is obtained. The finder systems 27 - 29, on the other hand, are composed of the external light system without passing through the photographic lens system, so the capacity rate of the finder systems in the camera is small. Namely, none of a pentagonal prism, quick return mirror for a finder, etc., is required. Consequently, compact constitution is maintained and the camera capable of accurate focusing and accurate photometry is realized. |
