MOLDING METHOD FOR POWDER INJECTION-MOLDING COMPONENT

PURPOSE:To shorten removing time of a binder by irradiating light to a molded article consisting of a mixed body for sintering powder of metal and ceramics and an organic binder containing a prescribed light-degradative resin to degrade the resin. CONSTITUTION:Sintering powder consisting of metal powder and/or ceramic powder is prepared. On the other hand, an organic binder containing a light- degradative resin expressed by the general formula (R1 and R2 are atom or group other than H; (n) is integer of >=1) is prepared. A mixture of the binder and the abovementioned sintering powder is molded to provided a molded article having desired shape, which is then irradiated with light and the abovementioned organic binder is removed by degradation due to the light and heat.
