<p>PURPOSE:To produce a lot having the minimum lot number and the maximum priority in a short time by a mathematical solution and to reduce the cost of the lot by defining the number of produced candidates as a variable and deciding an evaluation function including the priority. CONSTITUTION:The lot candidates are listed for production of a correspondence matrix for the lot candidates and the subject elements included in these candidates. The number of subject elements contained in each lot candidate, the unattainment value, and the number of produced lots are defined as variables to decide an evaluation function in consideration of the priority. Then a solution is obtained so that the evaluation function is minimized. Thus it is possible to produce a lot that has the minimum lot number and the maximum priority and also to prevent such a troublesome case where the big correction is required to the obtained formation of lots.</p> |
