The stand for steam-cooking or bain-marie consists of brackets (B), stand spacers (A) and a cross piece (C). The brackets can be fixed onto the inner container or sieve. The stand spacers, which can be cut or bent to size, locate with their thin middle part into the brackets, their lower part forming the legs and the right angle upper parts spacing the gap between outer and inner container. The cross piece can be fixed onto the brackets. USE/ADVANTAGE - Stand for steam-cooking. Size of stand can be adjusted for individual side and bottom distance.
