PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a user by storing user information, music information of each user, a mail information or the like in a multimedia knowledge base, extracting music information conforming with a user from the multimedia knowledge base based thereon and transmitting it to the user by using a voice output mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a user A is usually utilizing a computer system, information is inputted to a multimedia knowledge base managing mechanism 4 from other user B through a voice input/output mechanism 11, a network system 5 or a terminal port based on a control of the multimedia knowledge base managing mechanism 4. Subsequently, multimedia information peculiar to the user A containing accumulated knowledge information is given to the user A, and at the time of abnormality, specific multimedia information containing alarm information is given to the user A. In such a way, a computer user is cut off from an external noise and can advance working in an agreeable environment and can obtain more effective information by information such as a voice except a display. |
