The microwave receiver has a reception aerial a heterodyne oscillator and a harmonic mixer, which converts the HF receiver signal into an IF position by mixing with the output signal of the oscillator. The receiver is formed as a slot line structure in the basic metallising (Ne) of a planar dielectric substrate (Su). Thus the heterodyne oscillator is in the form of a slot line oscillator (1-3) the mixer as a coplanar line mixer (4, 5) and the reception aerial as a Vivaldi aerial (7). The slot line oscillator pref. consists of a first linear slot line (1), short circuited a both ends, and a circular second slot line (3), whose ends merge into a coplanar line (4).
