摘要 The gaussian beam (9) from laser mirrors (2, 3) is matched to another (11), which can be dispersed from a resonator (10), in matching optics (4). The resonator contains mirrors (5, 6). The leement (7) to be measured is inserted in the beam path of the resonator. An evaluating circuit (8) measures the arriving radiation. A change in intensity dependent on length with at least one max. is generated by varying the optical length of the Falssy-Perot resonator (10). The width of this intensity curve is evaluated to serve as the measure for the loss of the optical element (7). USE/ADVANTAGE - Measuring transparency or reflectivity of optical element w.r.t. laser, lens mirror capillary, window, layer. Accuracy at limited expense.
