PURPOSE:To manufacture a micro-capsule of strong emulsifying force, emulsifying stability during reaction, little increase of viscosity in capsule processing reaction, high density, low viscosity and narrow grain distribution by mixing anionic water soluble high molecules having high viscosity and low viscosity. CONSTITUTION:Anion water soluble high molecules such as acrylic acid group or maleic anhydride group of high viscosity of a 5000 to 1500000 CPS at 25wt.% density and low viscosity of 100 to 500 CPS are mixed together in a ratio of 1:12 to 1:3wt. ratio. The same is diluted and dissolved into city water at the room temperature, and one of amine and aldehyde or a prepolycondensate of said substances is dissolved to form a continuous phase. Then, when the same is emulsified by an desirable emulsifier so as to manufacture emulsified grains with desired grain diameter, pH of the water solution is adjusted in the range of polycondensation to form a wall film. Capsule slurry of high density, low viscosity and narrow grain distribution is manufactured by said process. |
