PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a fish-paste product of good quality by constructing a cavity from a pair of electrodes and a mold, placing sheet materials composed of moisture-permeable thin films and aluminum between the electrodes and a ground fish meat raw material and simultaneously carrying out forming and heating of the ground fish meat raw material. CONSTITUTION:Sheet materials 13 composed of moisture-permeable thin films and aluminum are placed between electrodes 9 and a mold 5 is sandwiched therebetween. In this state, a pasty ground fish meat raw material (M) is then filled from a nozzle 11 through a material injection hole 7 into a hollow part 6 of the mold 5. At this time, since liquids exuded from the ground fish meat raw material (M) are permeated through the moisture-permeable thin films thereof, the electrodes 9 and the ground fish meat raw material (M) attain an electrically conductive state through the liquids permeated through the aluminum and moisture-permeable thin films. Thereby, if a voltage is applied across the respective electrodes 9 to flow a current through the ground fish meat raw material (M), which is then heated. The current is subsequently stopped to mutually separate and retreat the electrodes 9 and run the sheet materials 13. The sheet materials are subsequently isolated from the mold 5 and peeled from the obtained formed product. Thereby, in this state, the formed product after completing the heating is taken out of the mold 5. |
