PURPOSE:To easily manufacture and to simply control the constant of an element by coupling a first superconductor thin film piece to a second superconductor thin film piece at edges, and coupling the other edge of the first piece to the edge of a third superconductor thin film piece. CONSTITUTION:A base electrode 11 made of a first superconductor thin film piece is coupled to first and second output line electrodes 12, 13 made of second and third superconductor thin film pieces by fine junctions 14, 15, respectively. The piece for forming the electrode 11, and the pieces for forming the electrodes 12, 13 are buried in an insulator on a board 21, while the pieces for forming the electrodes 11, 12, 13 have a plane angle near a right angle to the surface of the board. Accordingly, since the sectional area of a fine junction can be specified by the thickness of the thin film and a crossing angle of the coupled thin films, dimensional control is facilitated. Thus, the control of the constant of the circuit is facilitated to easily manufacture an element.
