A red pepper paste is prepd. by mixing 30-34% expanded barley powder, 27-31% red pepper powder, 21-25% edible salt and 14-18% fermented soybean powder. A soybean paste is prepd. by mixing 24-28% expanded rice powder or barley powder, 21-25% edible salt and 49-53% fermented soybean powder. A expanded grain powder is prepd. by using steaming extruder. |
