The invention relates to a dispenser (1) for an essentially conical or spherical contents body of a container, said dispenser being characterised i n that it comprises a through channel (11) having an inner cross-section that is larger than the contents body, and an outlet (6) which, in the released stat e of the dispenser, has a longitudinal shape which is narrower and shorter tha n the contents body. The inventive dispenser consists of a soft, elastic plast ic material and can be deformed by applied pressure in such a way that the outl et is larger than the contents body. Said dispenser is easy to assemble and can be economically produced.
