In case that the vehicle 2 may be normally charged, an entrance enabling signal and a destination charging station information are output to the vehicle 2 through an inlet optical communication unit 19 to guide the vehicle 2 to a normal charging station and normally charges it by chargers 7A-11A. Thus, the vehicle 2 is easily uniformly charged.
