Elevator of the type which has a conveyor for entraining the various buckets which is guided on return and traction rollers, and which buckets receive pieces of fruit at a point along the ascending vertical trajectory thereof, releasing them at a point along the horizontal upper trajectory, characterized in that it comprises buckets associated with the endless entrainment conveyor consisting individually of two half-pieces articulated to the conveyor via their ends and articulated together by means of a transverse shaft, allowing the easy adaptation of the individual buckets to points of change of direction of the endless conveyor, avoiding mechanical intervention on the product conveyed. <IMAGE>
