A vehicle tyre consisting of a tread (7) and mould (2, 3).A discarded tyre (3) and its rim (2) provides the form for the new tyre. The discarded tyre is milled, and a track (4) is also milled within it, with a negative thread. A tread (7) is manufactured by introducing a shaped polymer mass to pieces of hard iron carbide (9), which adhere to the tread's (7) outer layer. Primary threads (6) are taken up on the tread's inner side with a negative thread. The frame (2, 3) is arranged within the tread (7) whereby a division forms between them. This division is filled out with a binding material which forms a layer (5), and which also penetrates the primary threads (6) and the track (4), so that the frame (2, 3) and tread (7) are joined.<IMAGE> |
