<p>The dental brace or dentures is provided with a base plate with front and/or back teeth on it. A film extends over and parallel to the base plate which is attached at the perimeter while the space between the film and baseplate is filled with a liq.. The liq. has a viscosity of between 320,000 and 220,000 MPs and is pref. silicone or similar. The film is formed into the desired shape and comprises a memory contg. plastics material with a thickness of roughly 0.5 mm. The thickness of the layer of liq. between base plate and film in the unloaded state is also roughly 0.5mm.</p> |
