发明名称 CARBON FIBER-REINFORCED CEMENT MORTAR
摘要 PURPOSE:To satisfy the freezing-melting performance of the mortar required as a facing material by specifying the ratio of water to cement, ratio of aggregate to cement and amounts of silas balloon, carbon fiber, water-reducing agent, etc., in the cement mortar composition. CONSTITUTION:A carbon fiber-reinforced cement mortar having a water/cement weight ratio of 50-60%, an aggregate/cement weight ratio of 60-100%, a silas balloon content in the aggregate of 20-50wt.% and a carbon fiber content in the aggregate of 1-7vol.% is produced by compounding 0.5-1% (based on the cement) of a highly condensed triazine compound as a water-reducing agent and 0.002-0.009wt.% (based on the cement) of a nonionic surfactant as an AE water-reducing agent. The carbon fiber is usually short fiber having a length of about 1-100mm. The mortar can improve the durability and prolong the life of a facing part such as curtain wall of a multistoried building to which light-weight and toughness are required.
